Westcountry Equine Fair opening times
The show will open from 9.00am until 5.00pm on both days with the arena programmes beginning approximately 9.30am.

Tickets are valid for either the Saturday or Sunday of the show. You do not need to specify at the time of booking which day you are attending. No refunds given.
Unfortunately dogs (with the exception of assistance dogs) are not permitted within the Westcountry Equine Fair
There is parking on the show site on hard standing. The overflow fields are on grass. Parking is free of charge. Disabled parking is available. Parking is at your own risk. Contour Exhibitions will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of vehicles or property.
The Westcountry Equine Fair welcomes disabled visitors. There is disabled parking for blue badge holders situated very close to the hall. There is also a disabled seating area near the indoor arena for easy viewing of the demonstrations. The shopping halls are all on one level and there is a disabled toilet facility. When purchasing tickets carers go free. Please contact the office to book your tickets – 01392 421500 (Monday – Fri 9am – 5pm).
Horses are the predominant feature of this event so asthmatics are to be aware and take precautions.
We welcome groups to the show. A group discount is available in advance. Buy any 6 tickets and get one adult ticket free. When booking your tickets on-line/over the phone, your free ticket will automatically be sent to you.
We count children as those people 5 to 16 years old. Under 5’s go free.
The show programme
This is a DL sized publication that will be available at the show. It will contain information about the companies exhibiting; a plan of the hall and programme of events in the indoor arena.
Shop and Drop Facility
We have a shop and drop facility based in the organiser’s office in the foyer. This year, donations made to South West Equine Protection our chosen charity for 2019 .
A cash point facility is available in the Westpoint foyer. Charges apply.
There are toilet facilities throughout the hall.
Where to eat
There is a restaurant towards the rear of the hall offering a wide variety of excellent food.
A food court is available outside.
A ‘Grab & Go’ facility with drinks and cakes is available between halls one and two.
There are some great hotels and bed & breakfast establishments in the immediate vicinity to the showground. These can be booked through Exeter Visitor Information Centre 01392 265700 or on the Heart of Devon website.
