The Equestrian Market will open from 9.00am until 5.00pm on Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th December 2020. Time slots will be made available when booking your tickets online

These will need to booked on-line only and there will be time slots. There will be no ‘on the gate’ tickets available this year.


Unfortunately dogs (with the exception of assistance dogs) are not permitted within the Westcountry Equestrian Market


There is parking on the show site on hard standing. The overflow fields are on grass. Parking is free of charge. Disabled parking is available. Parking is at your own risk. Contour Exhibitions will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of vehicles or property.

Disabled Visitors

The Westcountry Equestrian Market welcomes disabled visitors. There is disabled parking for blue badge holders situated very close to the hall. The shopping hall is on one level and there is a disabled toilet facility. When purchasing tickets carers go free. Please contact the office to book your tickets – 07894 446550 (Monday – Fri 9am – 5pm).

All Carer/PA ticket applications require evidence of supporting documentation.

Please supply least one of the following (printed or scanned copies are acceptable);

  • Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobility
  • Receipt of personal independence payment (PIP)
  • Evidence of being severely sight impaired
  • Recognised assistance dog ID card


We count children as those people 5 to 12 years old. Under 5’s go free.

Shop and Drop Facility

There will be no shop and drop facility in the organiser’s office this year, but many of the stands will be happy to hold on to your purchased goods until you are ready to go home

Cash point

A cash point facility is available in the Westpoint foyer. Charges apply.

Toilet Facilities

There are toilet facilities in the hall. These will be regularly cleaned with a one-way system operating to enable social distancing

Where to eat

A food court will be available outside with a great selection of tasty food.



There are some great hotels and bed & breakfast establishments in the immediate vicinity to the showground. These can be booked through Exeter Visitor Information Centre 01392 265700 or on the Heart of Devon website.
